What are the Bathrooms Are Us Warranty & Returns Policy?
Items will only be accepted if goods are returned within 10 business days from the date the goods were dispatched to you and the items are in their original condition as purchased including original packaging.
If you wish us to arrange a courier to collect the item, this can be arranged but the charges will be deducted from the amount refunded or credited to you.
Product Fault / Installation
All items must be checked within 24 hours of receipt & installed by a qualified tradesperson. Any faults or damages must be reported to Bathrooms Are Us within 48 hours prior to installation.
Bathroomsareus.com.au reserves the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods to be returned if found not to be faulty or an installation fault. (Not including freight)
Postage arrangement and cost will be the customer’s responsibility if requests made outside of 10 days.

As soon as the returns are received at the Bathrooms Are Us Warehouse, we will dispatch a replacement item to you, or if you have indicated that you want a credit, this will be credited to your account or automatically refunded to the PayPal account used for the order; this should be within 7 to 14 days.
We wont give you a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or order the wrong colour or wrong size.
